It is very important to us that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Unopened, unworn or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date and with a receipt.
You can choose between a refund or an exchange with other merchandise in stock.
You must obtain an "return authorization number" before returning the merchandise. To do so you need to call our customer service at 1-800-218-9815. Once you have the number you will have to affix it on the top of the package you are sending back.
Only merchandise with the authorised return number will be eligible for refund or exchange.
Online Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid when purchased.
On returns, we can only credit the credit card used for the original purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
If you wish to exchange your order-our customer service will be glad to help you. Once receiving your merchandise back- we will send you the other products. You will be notify by e-mail about the new delivery date.
